I. Warming-up,热身环节导入。引入环节我们有13种方法(下次会出一个专栏),但是方法不再多,而在于大家用的精不精。所有方法你都会,但是每种都不精湛,那还不如只会一种用的精湛就好。大家如果没有方法的时候我建议用视频法和图片法,这是虚拟课堂考试万能法。因为有没有这个图片和视频没关系,考官看不到,但是这里却使用了audio-visual teaching method,同时还能帮你快速很好且贴切的引入课程内容。
具体操作方法介绍:我们让学生看2张图片,然后一定要引导学生对图片进行描述,因为考官看不到,所以需要描述性的语言让考官有画面感。

II. Presentation(最重要,但最难),呈现语法知识环节。这里分为induction(归纳法呈现)和deduction(演绎法呈现),但是为了体现学生自主学习的环节,我们推荐使用induction法. 这里我将用“读-找-观-归-教”这几个思路,来进行给大家讲解。
读:读题旨上的对话(让学生小组合作,然后读这个对话);找什么:找题旨中更多的现在进行时,然后老师板书2-3个在黑板上就好;观:让学生小组合作观察这些句子。归:让学生来归纳这些句子的相同点,用法,结构等。教:老师针对较难发现的点,给学生进行教学和总结。

III. Practice,操练所学语音知识环节。这里分为机械性操练(Mechanic drilling)和意义型操练(Meaningful Drilling)。 我建议这里仅设置两个操练活动,第一个是机械性操练的活动,第二个是意义型操练的活动。接下来给大家做一个示范。

IV. Production, 综合语言交际活动,语言产出环节。在这里需要将学生所有所学的语言知识进行在真实的综合交际情境中,进行使用。这里老师的话术可以按照:主(题)-(分)组-形(式)-时(间)-(分)享,这里的语言90%都是套路模版,被一个可以一劳永逸的。

V. Summary and homework, 总结和课后作业环节。这里95%的语言都是固定的套路,背诵一个其他的直接往进套就好。总结部分:可以请一个学生总结,让其他学生做补充。如果时间不够,直接老师带领学生进行总结就好了。作业部分,要多布置口语的任务,尽量少布置写的作业。

小学教师资格证笔试和面试怎么备考?
先来说笔试,建议大家在备考的时候分为三个阶段走:
第一阶段:基础阶段(一个月)
通过以上对教师资格证的大致解说之后,我们对教师资格考试的基本情况已经有了一个大致的了解,接下来就进入了正式备考的阶段,在基础阶段重要的就是打下坚实的基础,当然打好基础之前还需要对自身的知识水平进行全方位探测。
1.摸底测试
随机抽取两套真题试试水,直观地了解一下考试题型,同时对自己的知识水平进行合理评估。结合大纲找出自己薄弱的环节,在接下来的时间内重点复习,以节省复习时间,提高学习效率。
2.以教材为中心复习
时间紧迫,开始复习的一个月肯定是需要细细啃教材的,如果时间不够,可以针对自己摸底测试的结果和大纲进行针对性的复习,特别是一些常考的知识点并且自己又没有掌握好的,一定要重点复习复习再复习。
比如说:综合素质当中教师职业理念5个“观”:教育观、学生观、教师观、评价观、教学观;教师职业道德规范“三爱两人一终身”;教育教学知识与能力当中的必考人物“孔子、桑代克:、赫尔巴特、杜威等等”
第二阶段:强化阶段(半个月)
经过上一阶段的学习,相信你已经对教资考试十分熟悉了,笔试时间也渐渐逼近。所以在这一阶段,你需要把所有国考中小学版真题都做一遍,真题不是特别多,做近三年的即可,从2016年下半年开始,一直到2019年下半年。做题时间和顺序要严格按照考试进行模拟,找出最适合自己的做题策略。对于错题要及时查书和整理。
第三阶段:冲刺阶段(一周)
马上就要考试了,千万不要发慌。利用有限的几天时间把之前整理的错题重新看一遍,利用思维导图将之前的知识点再进行串联回忆一遍,及时发现遗忘的知识点,并且回归课本,加深对重难点知识的印象和理解。
最后,如果自己复习时间真的特别紧张,且不知道如何复习,可以选择报班!
面试备考:教师资格证考试面试考三部分:结构化、试讲、答辩。
我们在备考的过程中要准备的也就两个部分,第一个是结构化,第二个是试讲,重点准备的就是试讲。
结构化基本上准备一些答题套路,就有备无患啦,一些常用的一些句子上套就行,准备时间无须太多,每天练习两道,保持到考前即可,花大概20分钟至30分钟即可。
试讲是需要花大量时间去进行准备的,在备考的过程中需要不断的调整和修改自己的试讲模版、试讲风格等等。
有的人可能觉得教案比较难写,在这里建议大家可以开始从逐字稿开始写,把自己的每一句话都写下来,写着写着就会发现有些话是可以形成模版的。
