SCI论文能够一投就中的，实在万中无一。因此，投SCI论文被拒稿，乃是常有之事，不必惊慌，不必焦虑，更不必为此悲伤。
有的时候，SCI论文投稿有点玄乎，也许需要集齐天时、地利、人和才能得以发表。当然，这只是吐槽一下投稿过程的曲折和艰辛而已。曾经有一位教授说过，论文写作不难，真正难的在于论文投稿与发表——前辈诚不我欺也。
下面以我去年发表的一篇文章为例，为你解答SCI论文被拒稿之后，该怎样处理的问题。
这篇文章属于储能材料方向，导师一开始想冲冲 Nature Communications，于是我把论文的格式按照 Nature Communications 的模板去弄好了，在2月13日把材料都上传到了 Nature Communications 的投稿系统，但是因为那天是周四，临近周末，便没有点击递交，等了2月18日，也就是下一个周二投了过去。2月24日被NC拒稿，编辑建议转投Nature 旗下的 Communication 系列2019年的新出期刊 Communications Materials。没有转投。
跟导师商量之后，决定试试 Wiley 旗下的 Advanced Materials。花了一天多时间改好格式后，2月26日把文章投递到了 Advanced Materials。10天之后收到编辑来信，表示 Advanced Materials 不接收这篇稿件，建议转投到新刊 Energy Technology 或 Small Methods。Energy Technology 不太看好，Small Methods 文章质量比较高，但还是没有转投 （如果转投的话编辑承诺会送审，中的几率比较大）。
接下来还是改格式，思虑再三，3月11日投了 RSC 旗下的 Energy Environmental Science。果然不出所料，还是被拒，3月24日编辑建议转投 Journal of Materials Chemistry A。在材料 or 储能领域，Journal of Materials Chemistry A 已经算很不错的 SCI 期刊了，但是导师和我都觉得不甘心，认为我们的文章值得更好的。于是并没有马上同意转投，而是先搁置着，再试试其他的期刊，没有更好的选择再回来转投。
最后我们想试试 Elsevier 旗下 的 Energy Storage Materials （它其实也是新期刊，2020年6月份才出第一个影响因子），改好格式之后，3月24日投了过去。出人意料地，这个期刊很快送审，10天后便收到了审稿意见，编辑给了大修。收到审稿意见后的第二天，我们就拒绝了 Energy Environmental Science 编辑关于转投 Journal of Materials Chemistry A 的建议。然后专心回复审稿意见，4月18日返回审稿意见，当天论文被接收，4月30日论文在线发表。

投稿历程：
关于Graphic Abstract：
1.投Nature Communications时不需要Graphic Abstract；
2.投Advanced Materials 前设计了Graphic Abstract；
3.投Energy Environmental Science需Table of Contents Entry（ Graphic Abstract 标题作者 一句话简介）；
4.投Energy Storage Materials需Graphic Abstract；
5.每个期刊Graphic Abstract的尺寸要求不一样，需要根据期刊要求调整。
Energy Storage Materials返回的审稿意见情况：
一个编辑，三个审稿人
Associate Editor: 1个问题（嫌题目太长，建议改短一些）
Reviewer#1: 建议修改后接收，5个问题
Reviewer#2: 建议修改后发表，6个问题
Reviewer#3: 建议小修后接收，5个问题
要求回复时间：2020.04.04——2020.06.03
几点投稿建议：
1.投稿时间尽量选择周二或周三（这个有人专门研究过，感兴趣的可以搜一搜）；
2.投稿前弄清楚每个期刊的格式要求；
3.如果不是很想转投，可以再投一个审稿速度快的期刊 （建议是另一系统的）；
4.回复审稿意见前应仔细检查文章，不能等到 Proof 阶段再找出一堆问题；
5.文章数据要尽可能多一些（不一定全部放上去），图表要规范、整齐。
若想SCI论文被接收，最重要的，便是提高论文的“核心竞争力”，即文章的质量要好、创新点要高。其他的，像图表要正确美观、论点要立得住、语言要规范、行文要有逻辑、格式要符合要求等，如果都做到了，便不用存有疑虑，大胆投出去。
如何处理SCI审稿人意见？
当回复不是单纯拒稿时，大部分都会再加上审稿意见希望作者澄清与内文修正。审稿意见来自期刊编辑与评审，一般正面的审稿意见有两种形式:
1.期刊对你的论文感到兴趣，而且评审希望你做些增删来优化论文，收到这样的信就代表你已经离发表不远了。
2.你可能收到一封拒稿的信但里面却写着期刊会重新审核论文如果论文有重新做实质上的修改，包括增加新的数据。用棒球来做比喻的话，就是成功击出并上了一垒但还不能上二垒，这时候你可以修改你的论文并进行追加实验来满足期刊要求。
不论你前面的表现如何，期刊接受率都会根据你如何回覆这些评审意见来决定。 当你回信时，要谨记几点：
